I don't know if there is enough space here to sing this woman's praises. We were in a unique and sensitive situation regarding listing my uncle's home. Audrey came over and looked at the house and within a few days had developed a plan that would accommodate our needs. She was taking her only vacation of the year (!) when we met but made herself available and was so helpful. She gave us guidance that was so valuable and within a very short time, we had a great offer. She has continued to provide her expertise in so many areas that has been invaluable. I don't know if real estate agents can be licensed in every state, but if they can, I would recommend this lovely woman to every one I know. Simply the best.

Audrey knows how to work with sellers and buyers. In listing our house I knew immediately that she believed. By “believed” I mean that she looked outside of the easy comps and found the real comps for our home. Within a week she held an open house and from there it was on to the sale within a few weeks. A larger home is more difficult to sell. Audrey did a great job! We didn’t know her before but now we are friends for life.

We relocated from Utah so we had no clue what the market was like. Audrey took time to explain everything (multiple times) and we knew right away she knew her stuff. She was responsive, knowledgeable, easy to understand and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We came out for a weekend to house hunt, she focused on us the entire weekend. We asked her a million questions and she patiently answered them all. We found the perfect house, and she negotiated on our behalf to make sure we got exactly what we needed.
